Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or participating in Self Approval School: The Sisterhood (“the Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the digital and community-based nature of this membership, all payments are final and non-refundable.

You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No prorated refunds, credits, transfers, or pauses will be provided for partial membership periods, missed calls, unused materials, or failure to participate.

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, content, or membership structure at any time.

Coaching Disclaimer

The Program is intended for educational, informational, and coaching purposes only.

Participation in the Program does not create a therapist-client relationship, medical provider relationship, or any other licensed professional relationship between you and the Company or Facilitator.

The Program is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, crisis support, diagnosis, or treatment of any physical or mental health condition. You are solely responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and medical well-being, decisions, actions, and results.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical or psychological support, please seek assistance from an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.

Assumption of Responsibility

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and accept full responsibility for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific personal, emotional, relational, financial, or professional results from participation in the Program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any damages or losses arising from participation in the Program.

Confidentiality

The Sisterhood is intended to be a supportive and respectful community space. Participants agree to treat all personal information shared within the Program as confidential and private.

You agree not to share, reproduce, disclose, or distribute any personal information shared by other participants outside of the Program without their explicit consent.

While all participants are expected to honor confidentiality, the Company cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain confidentiality, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in a group environment.

Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, teachings, written materials, recordings, branding, graphics, and other content provided by the Company, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

All materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, share, publish, or exploit any Program materials without prior written permission from the Company.

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Company.

Community Conduct

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program, without refund, for behavior determined to be disruptive, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate toward the Company or other participants.

Agreement

By purchasing or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

It is our intention for you to be thrilled with this program! If you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason, no refunds will be provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

This program is 100% non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Further, your investment is non-transferable (to be put towards another program) and membership cannot be put on hold at any time during the Program.

Intellectual Property Rights.

I, your Coach and Facilitator, retain all ownership rights to the materials provided to you through your participation in the Program. Any copyrighted and original materials shall be provided to you for your individual use only and with a single-user license. You are not authorized to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received at or in relation to the Program electronically or otherwise without my prior written consent. All intellectual property, including the copyrighted materials, shall remain my sole property, and no license to sell or distribute any materials is granted or implied. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial or personal purposes, any portion of the Program content, including any of the Program materials.

By commencing with coaching, you are indicating that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows. You agree:

(1) not to infringe on any Program participants or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right,

(2) that any confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the Company,

(3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions.

By commencing with coaching you are confirming “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows:”, above, you further agree that (4) all materials and information provided to you by the Company, may only be used by you as authorized by the company, and (5) the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone other than by the Company is strictly prohibited. Further, By commencing with coaching you are confirming “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows:” above, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
